RebookCost calculates only from the amounts and rules you enter. It does not fetch live fares, guarantee provider terms, or change a reservation.

Start with the assumptions

Open your decision and choose See every assumption. Confirm the amount paid, refundable amount, travel credit, change/cancellation fees, replacement fare, source, and captured-at time. Recheck provider rules before acting.

Purchases and restore

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. A Trip Pass lasts 30 days and does not renew. Monthly and annual access renew until cancelled through Apple’s subscription settings.

Export or delete

Settings includes Export all local data and Delete all local data. A frozen Pro decision can also produce a PDF brief. RebookCost cannot recover a record after it is deleted.

Email [email protected] with the app version, device model, iOS version, and a description of the issue. Do not include booking confirmation numbers, payment details, passport information, or other sensitive travel data.

Expected response

We aim to respond within two business days. Urgent airline, hotel, insurance, safety, or payment-provider issues must be handled directly by the relevant provider or Apple.
