Wickometry support · iOS & iPadOS

Keep your studio moving.

Need help? Email [email protected] with your Wickometry version, iOS or iPadOS version, device model, and what happened. Never send App Store credentials, payment-card details, or confidential customer information.

Restore a Pro purchase

  1. Open Wickometry and go to Settings or a locked Pro feature.
  2. Open the Pro screen and choose Restore purchases.
  3. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase and keep an internet connection while Apple verifies it.

Restoring does not charge you again. Apple manages refunds and billing at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Prices are unavailable

Product names and localized prices come directly from the App Store. Confirm internet access, make sure App Store services are available in your region, close and reopen the Pro screen, and try again. Do not purchase until Apple shows the exact product and price you expect.

Recipe or batch totals look unexpected

Export a batch

Open Batches, choose a saved batch, and use the export action. Wickometry creates the CSV or PDF on demand and opens Apple’s share sheet. Store exported business files only in locations you trust.

Reminders are not appearing

Open iOS or iPadOS Settings → Notifications → Wickometry and allow notifications. Wickometry schedules local reminders only for dates you choose. Focus modes and system notification summaries can delay presentation.

Private iCloud troubleshooting

Delete your data

Open Settings and choose Delete everything. This removes the Wickometry studio database and cannot be undone. Create an export first if you need a copy. When iCloud synchronization is active, allow the device to reconnect so deletions can propagate to your private CloudKit container.

Response

Support requests are normally reviewed within two business days, Monday through Friday. Include “Wickometry” in the subject line so the request is routed correctly. Read the Wickometry privacy policy for data-handling details.
