Privacy policy
Your atelier records stay on your devices. No account or developer-operated data server is required. Version 1.1 adds optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. Version 1.0 contains no ad SDK.
Optional rewarded advertising (version 1.1)
When you choose to watch an ad, Google’s Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs connect to Google to manage consent and deliver a reward. Ads are never required to open the app, use your base free allowance, read existing tickets, or export local data. Pro users do not need ads.
The ad provider may process your IP address and approximate location, device or app-scoped identifiers, ads shown and interactions, crash logs, performance data and other diagnostics for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. The app requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher first-party identifiers and does not request permission to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.
AlterationTicket does not supply customer names, phone numbers, garment photos, measurements, work notes, payment balances or ticket content to Google. You can decline the optional ad and continue using local workflows. Where required, a consent message appears before ad requests. Use Settings → Advertising privacy → Manage ad privacy choices to revisit applicable choices.
Google controls its processing and retention of ad data under its privacy policy. Learn how Google uses information from partner apps. Reward expiry is saved locally; expiry does not delete tickets.
Data you enter
Customer names and phone numbers, garment descriptions and images, alteration pins, measurements, fitting notes, due dates, amounts, deposits, balances, and approval snapshots are stored locally in the app’s protected container. The developer cannot read this content.
No account or cloud dependency
The core workflow works offline and does not require an email address, login, or server connection. Ticket records are not uploaded to a developer server.
Photos
AlterationTicket accesses only an image you explicitly choose through Apple’s photo picker. It does not scan or index your photo library in the background. The selected image is stored with the local ticket until you replace or delete that record.
Notifications
Fitting and pickup reminders are scheduled locally after you choose to enable them and grant notification permission. No push token is created or transmitted to the developer. Declining permission leaves the rest of the app available.
Apple Watch
A summary of the next ready ticket can be sent from iPhone to a paired Apple Watch. A pickup action is queued back to iPhone and remains subject to the same approval and zero-balance rules. This device-to-device exchange uses Apple Watch Connectivity and does not pass through a developer server.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases. AlterationTicket reads verified StoreKit product and entitlement status to unlock Pro and restore access. The developer does not receive your payment-card number or Apple Account credentials.
Exports and sharing
A versioned JSON export or pickup ticket is created only when you request it. Once you share a file or text through Apple’s share sheet, the destination you choose controls its handling. Exports may contain customer information; store and share them carefully.
Retention, export, and deletion
Records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Settings provides a private JSON export and a “Delete all local tickets” action. Deletion is permanent unless you retained an earlier export or device backup.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide aggregated crash or performance diagnostics only if you separately opted to share diagnostics with app developers in device settings. AlterationTicket embeds no developer analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
Children
AlterationTicket is professional business software and is not directed to children under 13.
