Keep the fitting moving.

Email [email protected] with the app version, device model, OS version, and what happened. Do not send Apple Account credentials, payment-card details, or unredacted customer exports. Requests are normally reviewed within two business days.

Create and mark up a ticket

1. Choose New ticket and enter the customer, garment, due date, total, and deposit.
2. Open the ticket and tap the garment to add a pin.
3. Tap a pin to name the location and describe the alteration. Drag it to refine placement.
4. Add measurements and fittings from the ticket actions.

Approval and pickup

Customer approval creates an immutable snapshot of the ticket’s pins, measurements, status, and price. “Picked up” remains blocked until approval exists and the remaining balance is zero. Use Collect balance, then advance the status.

Restore or manage a purchase

Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restore never charges again. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings. Refund eligibility is handled by Apple at Report a Problem.

Reminder troubleshooting

Open Settings and choose Enable fitting & pickup reminders. Confirm notification access in iOS Settings. Reminders are local and are scheduled for upcoming active tickets; a reminder within the next 24 hours may not be created because its planned alert time has already passed.

Apple Watch is showing old information

Keep iPhone and Watch nearby, then open AlterationTicket on iPhone. The next ready ticket is sent through Apple Watch Connectivity. Watch pickup actions are durable and queued until iPhone applies them. If approval or balance changes, iPhone remains authoritative.

Export data

Open Settings → Prepare private JSON export, then choose Share prepared export. The versioned file includes all local tickets, pins, measurements, and approval data. Keep it in a location you trust.

Delete data

Open Settings → Delete all local tickets and confirm. Export first if you need a copy. Deletion is permanent. Removing the app also removes its remaining local container.

Compatibility and accessibility

AlterationTicket requires iOS or iPadOS 18.0 or later. The Watch companion requires watchOS 11.0 or later. The app supports VoiceOver labels, Dynamic Type, reduced motion, portrait iPhone layouts, adaptive iPad layouts, and persisted Light/Dark appearance.
