Help with bid leveling

Start a workspace

Tap +, enter a project name, at least two unique vendors, and one requirement per line. Import each vendor’s PDF, PNG, or JPEG source. Select a vendor cell to inspect and resolve its scope disposition.

Why Coverage Lock is unavailable

Every required vendor-by-scope cell must be resolved. Select each Unclear cell and record Included, Alternate, Excluded, No Bid, or prepare a cited clarification. A new source revision intentionally invalidates an older lock.

Seal and share a dossier

After Coverage Lock, assign exactly one eligible vendor to every required scope row. The dossier button activates when allocation is complete. The resulting JSON includes the source revision and SHA-256 digest.

Restore or manage a purchase

Open Settings, choose Explore BidLattice Pro, then Restore purchases. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Pending, cancelled, or unverified purchases do not unlock Pro.

Safe diagnostics

When requesting help, include the app version, Apple device model, OS version, the action that failed, and the dossier checksum prefix if relevant. Never send passwords, private keys, payment-card data, or an entire confidential bid unless support specifically requires a redacted example.

Accessibility

BidLattice supports system text sizing, VoiceOver labels, light and dark appearance, Reduce Motion, and 44-point primary controls. If a control is difficult to use, report the device and accessibility settings in use.

Compatibility and deletion

Requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later, and watchOS 11 or later for the companion. In Projects & dossiers, swipe a project and choose Delete to remove its local data and dossiers. Shared copies are not removed. Earlier pre-release weighted-comparison stores are preserved but are not automatically converted into scope lines.
