Privacy policy

Summary: BookingHold does not collect, transmit, sell, or use your personal data for tracking. Reservation data remains on your Apple device.

Data you enter

BookingHold lets you save providers, reservation titles, optional booking references, deadline times, owners, decisions, alert choices, outcomes, and optional final prices. This content is stored locally on your device using Apple system storage and is not sent to NexLevel.

Notifications and Calendar

If you enable notifications, BookingHold schedules local alerts on your device. Notification copy excludes booking references. If you choose Export to Calendar, the app requests Calendar access and writes the event you approved. These features can be disabled in Apple Settings.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. BookingHold reads Apple’s signed entitlement status to unlock Pro. NexLevel does not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s own privacy terms apply to App Store transactions.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

BookingHold contains no third-party analytics, advertising, data-broker, or tracking SDK. It does not create an account or use cross-app tracking identifiers.

Data retention and deletion

Your data remains on the device until you delete individual records, use Settings → Delete all BookingHold data, or remove the app according to iOS behavior. The app also provides a local JSON export before deletion.

Security

The app requests complete iOS file protection for its stored data and uses Apple’s StoreKit verification for purchase status. No security measure is absolute; keep your device passcode and operating system current.

Children

BookingHold is a general travel utility and is not directed to children under 13. Because the app does not collect data, NexLevel does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
