BookingHold help

Why does BookingHold show two times?

Provider time is the wall-clock deadline in the provider’s selected time zone. “Your time” is the same UTC instant converted to the device’s current time zone. Traveling does not change the underlying deadline.

I did not receive an alert

  1. Open Apple Settings → Notifications → BookingHold and allow notifications.
  2. Confirm the alert time is still in the future.
  3. Open the hold, choose Edit, and save it again to replace scheduled alerts.

How do I restore Pro?

Open BookingHold → Settings → See BookingHold Pro → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoring never deletes or changes saved holds.

What happens when Pro ends?

All active holds and history remain readable. New usage returns to the free boundary of two active holds and one alert per hold. Widgets, additional alert steps, unlimited capacity, and Calendar export require an active Pro entitlement.

How do I export or delete my data?

Open Settings and choose Export all holds for a JSON copy. Choose Delete all BookingHold data to permanently remove active holds and history from the device and cancel their pending alerts.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Apple manages billing. Open Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BookingHold, then choose the available cancellation option. The 30-day Trip Pass does not renew automatically.
