For help with BrewRatio on iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, email us with the device model, OS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove anything you do not want to share.

Compatibility

BrewRatio 2.0 supports iOS 17 or later on iPhone, iPadOS 17 or later on iPad, and watchOS 10 or later on Apple Watch.

Calculations and timers

Enter any two values—coffee, water, or ratio—to calculate the third. During an active brew, the highlighted phase and progress ring advance with the timer. You can end early, rate the cup, add notes, and then save or discard the session.

Apple Watch sync

Keep the iPhone and Apple Watch nearby, confirm both devices use the same Apple ID, and open BrewRatio on both devices once. Pro members can start, pause, resume, end, and rate an active brew from the Watch. Commands created while temporarily disconnected are delivered when the connection returns.

Purchases and restoration

Open BrewRatio Settings, choose BrewRatio Pro, and use Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the App Store account used for the purchase. Subscription changes and cancellations are managed in your Apple Account subscription settings. BrewRatio cannot issue refunds; Apple handles refund requests.

Your data

Brew data is stored locally. You can export it or erase it from Settings. Deleting the app may remove local data that you have not exported. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
