Brievra support
Keep the scope clear.
Email support@nexlevel.com.br. Include your device type, system version, Brievra version, and the step where the problem occurred. Never send an Apple Account password, payment-card details, a capability link, or an unredacted confidential brief.
Compatibility
Brievra supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. The companion requires watchOS 11 or later and a paired iPhone. Mac, Apple Vision Pro, Android, and Windows apps are not part of this release.
Free and Pro
Free includes the local brief library, six service templates, editing, deterministic readiness and gap checks, light and dark appearance, and the Watch glance. Pro adds encrypted no-account client links, response retrieval and import, canonical version freeze, acknowledgment records, and branded export.
Client links
Complete all required fields, open Review, and choose Publish. Copy the responder link from its one-time sheet. The app retains the separate owner authority in Keychain. An active link accepts at most five responses and expires after 14 days by default. Use Check responses to retrieve and decrypt valid submissions. Revoke immediately if the responder link is shared with the wrong person.
Purchases and trials
Open Settings and choose View Pro options. Apple shows the localized price and introductory-offer eligibility before confirmation. Monthly and annual subscriptions offer a seven-day trial to eligible Apple Accounts; an account can normally use one introductory offer in the subscription group. Lifetime does not renew and has no trial. Use Restore on the paywall for purchases made with the current Apple Account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account subscription settings.
Versions and acknowledgments
Resolve required gaps before freezing. Each frozen version stores canonical JSON and a SHA-256 digest. An acknowledgment is a project record tied to that exact hash; it is explicitly not a legally binding electronic signature. Later edits remain a separate working state.
Data and recovery
Briefs are local to the device in this release. Keep important exports in a destination you control. Deleting the app or losing the device can remove local data. Revoked and expired public-link ciphertext is automatically deleted from the service. See the privacy policy for details.
Accessibility
Brievra supports Dynamic Type within its tested layout range, VoiceOver identifiers and labels, sufficient hit targets, Reduce Motion, keyboard-capable iPad controls, and light/dark appearances. Include the accessibility feature and screen involved when reporting an issue.
