Terms of use · effective August 21, 2026
A clearer record, not a substitute for judgment.
These terms govern Brievra and its optional encrypted public-intake service. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required by the App Store.
The service
Brievra helps professionals structure questions, collect client responses, identify deterministic completion gaps, preserve version hashes and acknowledgment records, and export a project brief. You remain responsible for reviewing answers, confirming scope, pricing work, meeting professional obligations, and choosing whether a record is suitable for a project.
No legal signature or guarantee
An acknowledgment in Brievra is a project record linked to a version hash. It is not represented as a legally binding electronic signature. Readiness scores and gap checks are rule-based aids; they do not guarantee complete requirements, prevent disputes, replace a contract, or provide legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use public links to collect passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, unlawful content, malware, or information you are not authorized to process. Do not probe, overload, automate abuse of, reverse engineer, bypass limits on, or interfere with the public-intake service. Keep capability links confidential and revoke exposed links.
Free, subscriptions, and lifetime access
Free and Pro feature boundaries are shown in the app before purchase. Apple presents the actual localized price, taxes, renewal period, and trial eligibility. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Eligible subscribers may receive a seven-day trial. Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase for the supported Brievra Pro feature set and does not renew; it does not promise perpetual availability of every third-party service or future operating system.
Availability and changes
Local editing is designed to remain useful without the public service. Network delivery, App Store services, and encrypted link hosting may be interrupted for maintenance, security response, provider outage, legal requirements, or abuse prevention. We may change limits or discontinue a network feature when necessary, while respecting applicable consumer rights and providing reasonable notice for material changes.
Your content and shared copies
You retain responsibility for content you enter or collect. You grant the service only the limited right to process encrypted payloads and operational metadata needed to deliver the feature. Exports and links you share are controlled by recipients and destination services. Remove confidential information that is unnecessary for the project.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brievra is provided “as is” without a guarantee that every ambiguity, dependency, omission, or inconsistency will be detected. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
