We can help

CalibraDue Support

Email [email protected] with your CalibraDue version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, the screen you were using, and what happened. Do not send certificate files, confidential equipment data, Apple Account credentials, or payment details.

Restore CalibraDue Pro

  1. Open CalibraDue and choose Settings.
  2. Open CalibraDue Pro.
  3. Choose Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Restoring does not charge you again. Apple manages billing and refund requests through Report a Problem.

Scan a QR label

Open Scan and grant camera permission when prompted. Keep the label flat, well lit, and inside the guide. If the camera cannot read the label, use the manual equipment-code lookup on the same screen.

Export your register

Open Audit and create a CSV register. Pro users can also create a formatted PDF audit packet. CalibraDue presents Apple’s share sheet; store the export only in a location appropriate for your organization.

Delete your data

Open Settings and choose Erase all CalibraDue data. This removes local equipment, event, certificate, and preference records and cannot be undone. Export anything you need first.

Due reminders

CalibraDue schedules local reminders after you enable them and grant notification permission. Review permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → CalibraDue if a reminder does not appear.

Calibration responsibility

CalibraDue records the identity, dates, files, and status you enter. It does not perform a measurement, determine whether a result is valid, certify equipment, or replace your quality procedures.

Response

Support requests are normally reviewed within two business days. Include “CalibraDue” in the subject so your message is routed correctly.
