Terms of use

CalibraDue is an equipment-record and reminder utility. It does not perform calibration, validate measurement results, issue certificates, grant accreditation, or replace a laboratory or organization’s quality system.

Your records and decisions

You are responsible for the accuracy, authorization, retention, and interpretation of information entered into CalibraDue. Confirm equipment status, applicable procedures, certificate validity, and legal or accreditation requirements independently before making operational decisions.

Subscriptions

CalibraDue Pro is available through monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. The monthly plan may include a seven-day free trial when Apple reports that you are eligible. The annual plan has no introductory trial. The Apple purchase sheet displays the current local price and duration before confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment information. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Acceptable use

You may use CalibraDue for personal or internal business equipment records. You may not disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, misuse, or use the app unlawfully or to create misleading calibration evidence.

Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reminders, exports, user-entered status, or certificate references satisfy a particular quality standard, audit, law, or accreditation rule. To the extent permitted by law, NexLevel is not liable for missed service, equipment use, measurement error, lost evidence, indirect damages, or decisions made from incomplete or incorrect records. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
