Privacy Policy
Dwellmark is designed to keep your home-maintenance information under your control on your iPhone or iPad. We do not operate a Dwellmark account system, analytics service, advertising service, or server that receives your home records.
Information stored on your device
Property details, maintenance tasks, schedules, reminder choices, completion history, notes, integer cost values, selected photos, generated reports, and exports are stored locally using Apple platform storage and file-protection features. Removing Dwellmark can remove this local information unless a device backup restores it.
Notifications and photos
If you enable reminders, Dwellmark schedules notifications locally on your device. If you select a photo, the app stores a protected local copy for the maintenance record. Dwellmark does not upload notification details or photos to our servers.
Information you choose to share
Dwellmark lets you create and share PDF reports and local data exports. These files leave the app only when you use Apple’s share interface or otherwise choose a destination. The recipient or destination you select controls any copy you share.
Purchases
Apple processes the Dwellmark Pro Lifetime in-app purchase. Dwellmark requests product availability and verified entitlement status through Apple’s StoreKit framework. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. Apple retains purchase records according to its policies and legal obligations.
Tracking, advertising, and analytics
Dwellmark does not use the advertising identifier, does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Your controls
You can edit or delete local records, export your data, or choose Delete all local data in Dwellmark Settings. A Pro purchase remains associated with your Apple ID and can be restored after local app data is deleted.
Security and retention
Dwellmark applies Apple data-protection controls to its local database, photos, reports, and exports. Local information remains until you delete records, delete all local data, remove the app, or replace the device without restoring a backup. No storage method is guaranteed completely secure, so protect your device with a passcode and current system software.
Children
Dwellmark is a household utility and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy when Dwellmark’s features or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
