Privacy Policy
KaratDocket is published by Nexlevel and is designed to keep customer and jewelry repair records private and under your control.
Information stored on your device
Customer names and contact details, item descriptions, metals, stones, identifying marks, condition and repair notes, estimates, tax, payments, due dates, signatures, evidence photos, and custody history are stored in KaratDocket’s private local app container. Nexlevel does not receive this content. KaratDocket has no customer account, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or Nexlevel cloud database for repair records.
Photos and camera
When you choose to attach evidence, iOS or iPadOS may allow KaratDocket to receive a selected photo or a photo you capture. The image is stored with the local repair ticket. KaratDocket does not scan your photo library in the background and does not transmit repair images to Nexlevel.
Notifications
If you enable a due-date reminder, KaratDocket schedules it locally through the operating system. Nexlevel does not run a push-notification server, receive device tokens, or remotely send repair reminders. You can change notification access in system Settings.
Subscriptions and Apple
KaratDocket Pro subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. The app evaluates Apple-signed transaction and entitlement status on the device to unlock Pro features. Nexlevel does not receive or store your payment-card details or repair records. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Data collection and tracking
Nexlevel does not collect data from KaratDocket. The app does not use cross-app tracking, IDFA, advertising, third-party analytics, location, contacts, health data, or microphone access.
Exports and sharing
When you deliberately export or share a PDF, CSV, JSON file, image, or other record, the destination you choose may receive that data. Review the destination and recipient before sharing. Exported files are outside KaratDocket’s private container and are governed by the storage provider or recipient you select.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete a ticket, choose complete local deletion in Settings, or delete the app. Deleted local records cannot be recovered by Nexlevel. Apple may retain purchase records under its own legal and operational requirements. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings.
Children
KaratDocket is a business utility and is not directed to children under 13. Nexlevel does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
