Naplume
Effective August 9, 2026

Privacy, without fine-print fog.

Naplume is designed to keep saved baby-care history private. NexLevel does not sell baby-care data, run advertising, or track you across apps and websites.

In short: Saved profiles and care history stay on your device. Pro users can optionally submit one bounded sentence for private, real-time conversion into editable drafts. The sentence is discarded after the response; drafts are not saved until you confirm them.

Information you enter

You may enter a baby name or nickname, birth date, optional adjusted-age information, planning preferences, reminders, and care events such as sleep, feeding, or diaper logs. This information supports planning and journaling only. Naplume is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee sleep outcomes.

Storage and companion surfaces

Saved records are stored on your Apple device. Current planning summaries and queued one-tap logs may move between Naplume, its Widget extension, and the paired Apple Watch through Apple App Groups and WatchConnectivity. These local Apple-platform transfers do not send saved baby-care records to NexLevel.

Optional Pro sentence service

When you explicitly tap “Create drafts,” Naplume sends only the text visible in that form, the current date, time zone, and language needed to interpret its times. Before transmission, the app replaces the selected baby name with a generic marker and blocks obvious contact details, links, and medical questions. Naplume does not send the baby profile, birth or due date, saved history, notes, caregiver identity, images, or audio. Keyboard dictation is handled by Apple’s keyboard; Naplume receives text, not the recording.

The request travels through a NexLevel Cloudflare Worker to OpenRouter and a zero-data-retention DeepInfra endpoint running the exact text model selected by NexLevel. Zero-data-retention and data-collection-denial controls are required for every request, model and provider substitution are disabled, and request or response content is excluded from application logs. The text and generated drafts are kept only long enough to service the request in real time and are then discarded. They are not used by NexLevel for advertising, analytics, model training, or product personalization.

To prevent fraud, enforce the eight-request service allowance, and make retries safe, the service retains pseudonymous App Attest key hashes, Apple purchase identifiers and entitlement state, request identifiers, quota/cost counters, response status, and timestamps. It does not retain sentence or draft content. These bounded receipts are linked to the service installation, used only for app functionality and security, and are automatically deleted after 35 days unless a shorter operational window applies.

Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Naplume receives verified entitlement status to unlock features. The optional sentence service verifies signed Apple transaction data to prevent unauthorized developer-funded requests. NexLevel does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.

Notifications and diagnostics

Reminder notifications are scheduled on your device after you choose to enable them. Naplume includes no third-party advertising or analytics SDK. Apple may provide aggregated App Store and crash information under your Apple privacy choices.

Your choices

Pro users can export a portable CSV and can delete their private service identity and bounded receipts from Naplume Settings. Every user can delete a selected local profile and history, disable notifications in system Settings, or delete the app. Local profile deletion and service-identity deletion are separate so neither action is misleading.

Children and adult users

Naplume is for adult parents and caregivers. It is not directed to children and does not create child accounts. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in free-form notes.

Security and retention

Naplume uses Apple platform protections, complete file protection, App Attest, verified StoreKit transactions, signed entitlements, encrypted transport, replay protection, atomic quotas, and local-first storage. Saved local data remains until you delete it or remove the app. Private service receipts follow the bounded retention above. No system can guarantee absolute security, so keep your device and Apple Account protected.

App Store privacy disclosure

Naplume declares Device ID, Purchase History, and Product Interaction as data linked to the service installation and used only for app functionality. Naplume declares no tracking. Text and drafts discarded immediately after real-time processing are not retained as collected content under Apple’s definition, but their transmission and handling are fully explained here and at the point of use.
