Quick checks

A reminder did not arrive

Open Naplume Settings and confirm the reminder is enabled, then check Settings → Notifications → Naplume. Naplume’s core logging and planning continue to work when notifications are denied.

A Pro purchase is missing

Open Naplume Settings → See Pro options → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. You can also manage subscriptions from your Apple Account subscription settings.

“Log from sentence” did not create drafts

This optional Pro feature requires a network connection, a current verified purchase, and a supported Apple device. Use a short description of completed wake, nap, feed, or diaper events with a clear time for each. Remove names, contact details, links, medical questions, and future plans. If the private service is unavailable or the monthly allowance is used, one-tap logging remains fully available offline.

Reviewing sentence drafts

No generated event is saved automatically. Check every event type, start and end time, bottle amount, and diaper detail, remove anything uncertain, then tap the single “Add to timeline” confirmation. The submitted sentence is discarded after drafts return.

The appearance or visual world is unexpected

Light and dark appearance remain available on every plan. Everyone chooses one visual world during onboarding; changing to another visual world later requires Pro. If Pro expires, the current visual world is preserved.

Watch actions are queued

Keep the paired iPhone nearby and open Naplume once. The Watch says “Saved on iPhone” only after the phone acknowledges durable receipt; otherwise it shows “Queued safely” until delivery.

Data requests

Pro users can export a portable CSV and delete their private sentence-service identity from Naplume Settings. Every user can delete the selected local profile and history. For a privacy question, see the Naplume Privacy Policy.
