How are quantities calculated?

PartyCount combines your adult and child guest counts, gathering template, duration, and appetite setting with transparent per-person assumptions. Results are rounded up into practical shopping quantities. Tap an item’s quantity in Pro to make your own adjustment.

Can PartyCount plan alcoholic drinks?

No. PartyCount estimates water, soft drinks, and juice only. It does not calculate alcohol.

Where is my data stored?

Your plans and checklists stay in PartyCount’s protected app container on your device. PartyCount has no account or NexLevel cloud database.

How do I restore PartyCount Pro?

Open PartyCount, go to Settings, and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase. PartyCount Pro is a non-consumable purchase and supports Family Sharing where Apple makes it available.

What does PartyCount Pro include?

Pro unlocks unlimited saved plans, optional budget targets, reusable quantity adjustments, and PDF and CSV exports. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a plan from Saved, or open Settings and choose Delete all saved plans. Export first if you want to keep a copy. Deletion inside PartyCount cannot be undone.

Are the quantities guaranteed?

No. They are planning estimates, not catering or food-safety advice. Adjust for your guests, menu, event conditions, dietary needs, and local food-safety guidance.
