Private by design.
PoolVerity works without an account. NexLevel does not collect or sell your pool readings, product labels, dosing plans, or reminders, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Information you enter
You may enter pool profile details, water-test readings, product concentration and label information, dosing-plan inputs, notes, and reminder times. These records support calculation and recordkeeping only.
Storage and export
Core records are stored locally with Apple data-protection features. If you choose Export, PoolVerity prepares a portable CSV data file or printable PDF report and shows Apple’s share sheet; you decide where it goes. NexLevel does not receive the export.
Purchases
Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. PoolVerity receives entitlement status needed to unlock features, but does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.
Notifications and Watch
Retest reminders are scheduled locally after you grant permission. The paired Apple Watch and iPhone may exchange a water snapshot and queued actions using Apple WatchConnectivity. NexLevel does not operate a push provider or remote notification server.
Diagnostics
PoolVerity includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. Apple may provide aggregated App Store and crash information under your Apple privacy choices.
Your choices
You can export available records, delete local pool data in PoolVerity Settings, disable notifications in system Settings, or delete the app. Previously shared exports remain wherever you chose to send them.
Safety and sensitive information
Avoid entering unnecessary personal information in free-form fields. PoolVerity is a calculation and recordkeeping aid, not an automated dosing controller, emergency service, or substitute for the current product label and qualified professional guidance.
