Quick checks

A result differs from the package

Stop and follow the current product label. Confirm pool volume, current and target values, concentration, label dose basis, units, per-dose cap, and rounding. PoolVerity cannot validate or replace manufacturer instructions.

A reminder did not arrive

Open PoolVerity Reminders and confirm permission is enabled, then check Settings → Notifications → PoolVerity. The calculator and records continue to work when notifications are denied.

A Pro purchase is missing

Open PoolVerity Settings → PoolVerity Pro → Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Subscription management remains available through Apple Account settings.

Watch actions are queued

Keep the paired iPhone nearby and open PoolVerity once. A truthful queued state means the action has not yet reached the phone; it is not confirmation that a pool record changed.

Data requests

Use Settings to prepare and share a private export or delete local pool data. See the PoolVerity Privacy Policy for storage details.

Safety

Never mix chemicals. Follow current product labels, protective-equipment requirements, application sequencing, circulation and wait-time instructions, and local guidance. Keep chemicals away from children and pets. Retest before another dose. For a spill, exposure, or emergency, follow the product’s emergency instructions and contact the appropriate local emergency or poison-control service.
