Keep your room photo record clear.

Email [email protected]. Include the app version, device model, Apple OS version, the screen involved, and what happened.

Protect your project. Do not email Apple Account credentials, payment-card details, private keys, door or access codes, confidential plans, faces, addresses, or complete customer project archives. Reproduce the issue with neutral sample data whenever possible.

Compatibility

SiteMosaic is designed for supported iPhone and iPad versions of iOS/iPadOS 18 or later and a companion running watchOS 11 or later. The App Store product page lists the current supported device families.

If an import fails

• For a mosaic, choose a supported image for an angle or a PDF for the plan reference. PDF import shows page 1. Text and audio-note import are available in Room punch list → Room tools → Review sources; observe the shown size limits.
• Audio notes must be five minutes or shorter and require on-device Speech availability; typed notes remain available when transcription is unavailable.
• Try a local copy if a cloud provider has not finished downloading the file.
• Remove active or password-protected PDF content and retry with a safe exported copy.

If photo intake assist or Smart Draft is unavailable

Local photo placement, pins, checkpoints, and exports continue to work; issue review and decisions are in Room punch list. Confirm network access and current Pro/trial entitlement, review the exact outbound selection again, and retry only when the app offers a safe retry. SiteMosaic never switches to an unapproved model.

Photo-pinned punch items

Select an approved direction photo, then tap Pin punch item on photo. Tap a point, enter a description, and save. Open Room punch list to view its original photo and manually review the observation. A later retake does not move the pin. If the original photo cannot be verified, the app reports that instead of substituting another image.

Directions, maps, and Watch

Choose a direction, import or capture a photo, then preview and approve it. Import alone does not fill coverage. Directions and map positions are user assigned; the app does not measure heading, camera field of view, dimensions, or photographed area. The home image is an illustration, not coverage evidence. Touch and hold a station before dragging it on the map.

The Watch shows an assigned angle from iPhone and offers Mark for return. A queued action is confirmed after iPhone saves the marker. It does not trigger the camera or schedule a notification. Reinspection reminders are available in Room punch list → Room tools.

Purchases and restore

Open Settings, choose Pro options, then use Restore Purchases. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility for the subscription group. Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled in Apple Account settings. Purchase support never requires your Apple Account password.

Export or delete

Share a mosaic PDF or Pro JSON manifest from Frozen snapshots. Create reviewed punch packets in Room punch list; Pro adds CSV and JSON. Archive project keeps data and frees an active project slot; Room library can restore it within your plan's active-project limit. Data controls in Settings provide full user-data export and permanent deletion. Deleting a project cancels its local reminders and removes its project records, including photo pins. If a protected source or export file cannot be removed immediately, the app durably queues that local cleanup and shows Retry protected-file cleanup in Settings. Permanently deleted records cannot be restored, so export first if you need a copy.
