Your photos. Your assigned directions.

These product terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If they conflict, the applicable Apple agreement and law control.

Product purpose

SiteMosaic organizes user-selected room photos into eight user-assigned directions at each capture station, saves photographic checkpoints, and lets you pin punch items to exact points on approved photos. Map positions, directions, pins, and approvals are supplied by you; coverage counts approved slots, not measured photographed area. The app does not measure heading, camera field of view, or dimensions, stitch panoramas, or provide a Watch remote shutter. The home illustration is not captured evidence. Room punch lists preserve source review, observations, decisions, reminders, and versioned packets. It is not a building-code service, professional inspection, certification, engineering opinion, safety assessment, legal conclusion, or autonomous closeout system. Optional photo intake assist returns temporary, read-only photo-group and possible duplicate/overlap suggestions for inspection and dismissal; it does not apply changes or create findings. Generated observations may be incomplete or wrong. You must inspect the evidence and approve each consequential field.

Your content and authority

You are responsible for having permission to capture, import, process, export, and share each photograph, plan, note, name, and project detail. Audio is accepted only for bounded on-device transcription; the app stores the resulting text and removes its raw staging copy. Do not provide video, secrets, access codes, unnecessary personal information, or material you are not authorized to process.

Free, subscriptions, and lifetime access

Free includes two active projects, local photo-pinned punch items and three PDF exports per calendar month shared across mosaic snapshots and punch packets, and sends no project content to managed features. Owned-data export, deletion, and cleanup retry are not paywalled. Pro removes active-project and PDF-count limits, adds JSON mosaic manifests and CSV/JSON punch packets, and includes the managed allowance below. Monthly and annual Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions. Each may offer a seven-day free trial when Apple reports eligibility; an Apple Account can generally redeem only one introductory offer in the subscription group. Pro Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable and has no trial. The Apple purchase sheet shows localized price, tax, renewal, and cancellation terms.

Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple Account settings before renewal. Refunds, billing, introductory eligibility, and transaction processing are controlled by Apple. Restoring a valid purchase restores the corresponding entitlement.

Shared managed-service limits

An eligible seven-day monthly or annual trial includes one managed packet counted within that subscription month's allowance. Photo intake assist and Smart Draft share this allowance. Monthly and annual Pro include up to ten standard managed packets per subscription month. Pro Lifetime includes one fixed pool of 100 standard managed packets and does not renew that pool. Local Pro features remain available after the pool is used. Packet definitions and safety/cost limits are shown before upload and may be reduced if provider privacy, availability, or cost requirements cannot be met.

Availability and acceptable use

The managed service may be disabled when authorization, privacy, provider policy, budget, security, or reliability checks fail. SiteMosaic does not switch models automatically. Do not attempt to bypass quotas, replay requests, inject instructions through evidence, probe other projects, extract system prompts, or use the service for unlawful or high-stakes autonomous decisions.

Exports and third parties

You decide when to export or share. After a file leaves the app container, its protection depends on the destination you choose. NexLevel is not responsible for decisions made from an unreviewed draft or for third-party handling of your exports.
