Data stored by PupRelay
PupRelay stores the information you choose to enter: puppy profile details, routine events, times, locations, caregiver labels, quantities, and notes. The app also stores settings, prediction state, and a durable local sync queue. This information is kept in the app’s protected container on your device.
Optional iCloud family sharing
If you enable family sharing, PupRelay uses Apple CloudKit to transmit and store the puppy profile and routine events in your private or shared iCloud database. People you explicitly invite can read and add household records. NexLevel does not operate a separate account database for PupRelay. Apple processes iCloud data under its own privacy terms and security controls.
Data collection and tracking
PupRelay contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, cross-app tracker, or NexLevel telemetry service. NexLevel does not receive your routine history through the app. PupRelay does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or data brokerage.
Notifications and companion surfaces
If you grant permission, PupRelay schedules likely-window reminders locally. Widgets, Live Activities, and the Apple Watch companion use a small App Group snapshot and queued quick-log requests on your devices. Notification and companion content is not sent to a NexLevel server.
Purchases
PupRelay Pro purchases are processed by Apple. Apple may process purchase, billing, and account information under Apple’s privacy policy. PupRelay receives the verified entitlement state needed to unlock features; NexLevel does not receive your payment-card details.
Exports
CSV exports are created on your device. When you use Apple’s share sheet, the person, app, or service you select may process the exported file under its own privacy policy. PupRelay does not upload exports automatically.
Retention, backups, and deletion
Local data remains until you delete a puppy and its local history or remove the app, subject to Apple device backups that you control. When iCloud family sharing is active, deletion queues a synchronization record; other devices may retain an offline copy until they reconnect and process the deletion. Children and medical information
PupRelay is a household training utility and is not directed to children. It is not a medical service and does not provide veterinary diagnosis or advice.
Changes
If this policy changes, its effective date will be updated. A material change to PupRelay’s local-first model will also be disclosed through an appropriate product or release notice.
