Frequently asked questions
How does the likely-time window work?
PupRelay combines age-based starting ranges with your puppy’s recent routine and successful potty intervals. Tap the information button inside the cue ring to see the factors and confidence level. It is a training aid, not veterinary or medical advice.
Why is confidence still building?
The app needs repeated, consistent logs before it can narrow the range. Keep recording outcomes, meals, water, sleep, and wake events. A wider range is intentional when the signal is limited or inconsistent.
Why did a reminder not appear?
Open Settings and confirm Likely-window reminders are enabled, then check notification permission in the system Settings app. Quiet hours may delay an ordinary reminder. Logs and predictions continue to work even when notifications are off.
How do I share with another caregiver?
Open Family, choose Invite with iCloud, and share the Apple invitation. Both devices need iCloud access. If the network is unavailable, local logs remain safe and the durable queue retries later.
How do I restore PupRelay Pro?
Open Settings, choose Restore purchases, and use the Apple Account that made the original purchase. You can also open the Pro offer and choose Restore purchases. Apple handles billing and renewal management.
How do I export my data?
Open Settings, choose Prepare CSV export, then use Share latest export to save or send the file through Apple’s share sheet.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings and choose Delete this puppy and local history. Export first if you want to keep a copy. If you used iCloud family sharing, connect household devices so the queued deletion can synchronize. Removing PupRelay also removes its local app container, subject to Apple backup behavior you control.
Where can I read the privacy details?
See the exact PupRelay Privacy Policy for local storage, optional iCloud sharing, purchases, exports, retention, and deletion.
