Privacy Policy

Short version: SOPRunner does not collect your procedure or run data. Your SOPs, evidence, and reports stay on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.

Data SOPRunner stores

SOPRunner stores the content you choose to enter: procedure titles and instructions, typed step definitions, published versions, run results, timestamps, exception notes, acknowledgements, and evidence such as photos. This content is stored in the app’s protected local container.

Data collection and tracking

SOPRunner has no NexLevel account system, remote procedure database, analytics, advertising, tracking, affiliate, or telemetry SDK. NexLevel does not receive your SOP content, run history, evidence, or exported reports.

Photo access

If you choose a photo step, SOPRunner can use Apple’s photo picker to attach evidence. The selected evidence is copied into the protected app container with location metadata removed and is not uploaded to NexLevel.

Apple Watch

The Apple Watch companion exchanges the active procedure title, current step, progress, selected visual system, dark appearance preference, and an eligible completion action with the paired iPhone through Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework. A completion can be queued when the phone is unreachable. Photo, text, number, and timer proof remains on iPhone.

Purchases

Solo Pro purchases are processed by Apple. Apple may process purchase and account information under Apple’s privacy policy. SOPRunner receives only the verified entitlement state needed to unlock features; NexLevel does not receive your full payment details.

Exports and sharing

PDF reports are generated on device. If you use Apple’s system share sheet, the destination you select may process the exported file under that destination’s own terms and privacy policy.

Security and deletion

SOPRunner requests Apple’s complete file protection for its local store, evidence, and reports. Delete All Local Data in Settings removes procedures, runs, attached evidence, and generated reports, then restores only the included example procedure. Removing the app also removes its local container, subject to Apple device-backup behavior you control. Files you previously exported cannot be recalled by the app.

Children

SOPRunner is a general business utility and is not directed to children. Because the app does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect data from children.
