Where is my data stored?
Your SOPs, runs, evidence, and generated reports stay in SOPRunner’s protected app container on your device. SOPRunner has no NexLevel account or procedure cloud database.
How do I restore Solo Pro?
Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases, or use Restore Purchases on the Solo Pro screen. Sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple determines subscription and purchase eligibility.
What happens when Apple Watch cannot reach my iPhone?
An eligible check or acknowledgement completion is queued through WatchConnectivity, and the Watch shows “Completion queued.” It is applied idempotently when the phone becomes available. Photo, text, number, timer, and exception proof continues on iPhone.
How do I create a trusted report?
Finish a run, then open Reports. SOPRunner generates the PDF on device from the published SOP version, snapshot checksum, run and step timestamps, actual recorded values, attached photo proof, and exception notes.
How do I delete my data?
Use a user-created procedure’s options menu to delete that procedure while preserving immutable historical run snapshots. To erase everything, open Settings and choose Delete all local data. This removes procedures, runs, attached evidence, and generated reports, then restores only the included example procedure. Export any report you need first. Deletion inside SOPRunner cannot be undone, and files you already shared cannot be recalled.
Does SOPRunner certify compliance?
No. SOPRunner documents the procedure and the recorded run. Your organization and the applicable authorities determine training, procedure adequacy, and regulatory or industry compliance.
