Restore a purchase
- Open TankLedger and choose Settings.
- Select Restore purchases.
- Stay signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Restoring does not charge you again. If the product remains unavailable, confirm App Store connectivity and try again later. Apple manages refunds and billing through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Export your data
Open Settings → Your data → Create CSV export. Pro users can also create a PDF report. TankLedger creates the file on demand, then presents Apple’s share sheet. Keep exported files in a location you trust.
Delete your data
To remove one aquarium, open Settings and choose “Delete [aquarium name].” To remove every local record, choose “Erase all TankLedger data.” These actions cannot be undone. If private iCloud sync is enabled, delete each synced aquarium while connected first so its remote deletion can be queued.
Private iCloud sync troubleshooting
- Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled and you are signed in to iCloud.
- Confirm TankLedger Pro is active.
- Open Settings → Sync → Sync now.
- If the status says your identity needs attention, resolve the Apple Account prompt in Settings and retry.
- Queued changes remain stored locally while iCloud is unavailable.
Maintenance notifications
TankLedger schedules local reminders for tasks you create. Review permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → TankLedger. Completing a task advances its next due date and schedules the next reminder when permission is available.
Water targets and safety
TankLedger records the target ranges and observations you enter. It does not diagnose aquarium conditions or supply a universal “safe” range. Aquarium requirements vary by livestock, system, test method, and context; consult reliable species guidance or a qualified aquatic professional when making care decisions.
