Vendraft works locally on your iPhone or iPad and does not require an account. The guidance below covers the most common questions.
Restore Vendraft Pro
Open a Vendraft Pro screen and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. Vendraft unlocks Pro only after Apple returns a current, verified entitlement.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open Settings on your Apple device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Apple controls renewals, billing, cancellations, and refund requests.
Protect or move your data
Purchase orders, vendors, catalog data, PDFs, and receipt records are stored on your device. Keep device backups enabled before replacing or erasing your device. Pro users can also create JSON and CSV exports from Vendraft Settings.
Why does a PDF have a watermark?
The Free plan lets you create up to three purchase orders per calendar month and shares watermarked PDFs. An active Vendraft Pro subscription enables unlimited orders and unwatermarked PDFs.
Report an issue
Email [email protected]. Include “Vendraft” in the subject, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Vendraft version, the screen where the issue occurred, and what you expected. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, private keys, or confidential purchase-order content.
