VeriManual support

Keep the evidence chain intact.

Email [email protected]. Include your device type, system version, app version, and the step where the problem occurred. Never send confidential source files unless support explicitly asks for a redacted sample.

Compatibility

VeriManual supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. The Apple Watch companion requires watchOS 11 or later and a paired iPhone. Mac and Apple Vision are not supported by this release.

Start with the sample manual

VeriManual opens with a sample project so you can review claims, inspect citations, approve or reject evidence, and create a review PDF before importing confidential material.

Import troubleshooting

Confirm the file is available locally and not still downloading from another provider. Supported intake includes PDF, images, plain text, CSV, and TSV. Camera and Photos permissions are requested only when you choose those sources.

Purchases and trials

Open Settings, then View VeriManual Pro. Apple shows your localized price and trial eligibility before purchase. Use Restore on the same screen for purchases made with the current Apple Account. Lifetime does not renew and has no trial.

Final export

A review PDF can be created while claims remain unresolved. Final unwatermarked export requires every claim to have linked evidence, a recorded approval, and current Pro access.

Optional managed AI

No separate AI account or provider key is required. VeriManual previews the bounded excerpt for each assisted task before sending it through the managed service. Free includes five tasks per month, monthly and annual Pro include 200, and Lifetime includes 100. If the service is unavailable or the allowance is exhausted, continue locally without losing work.

Delete data

Open Settings to delete a manual or request deletion of this installation’s pseudonymous managed-service quota and replay records. Local project deletion permanently removes its record and protected source copies from the device. Previously shared exports remain under the receiving app’s control.
