Email support

Restore a purchase

Open Settings → Unlock ColorFolio Pro → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. A pending or expired entitlement remains locked until Apple verifies access.

Offline use

Client profiles, visits, formulas, search and local PDF export continue on-device without a network connection. StoreKit, private iCloud and system speech recognition may need connectivity.

Back up your vault

Pro users can open Settings → Create encrypted vault backup. Store the file securely. The encryption key is protected on the originating device, so keep a normal device backup as well.

Private iCloud

Sign in to iCloud and enable iCloud Drive, then open Settings → Refresh iCloud status. Use “Sync encrypted vault snapshot now” to update the private snapshot. Photos stay on the device.

Before mixing

ColorFolio Pro records and scales the professional inputs you provide. Always follow manufacturer labels, patch-test requirements, licensing rules and your professional judgment. The app does not supply proprietary shade catalogs or guarantee outcomes.

Report a problem

Email [email protected] with the app version, iOS/iPadOS version, device model, what you expected and what happened. Do not send client names, contact details, photos, formulas or exported vault files unless the support team explicitly requests a redacted example.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store subscription settings. Refund eligibility and decisions are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.

Delete data

Delete one client from that client’s More menu, or delete the entire local vault in Settings. These actions are permanent unless you have a valid prior export or backup.

Accessibility

ColorFolio Pro supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels, sufficient contrast and both portrait and landscape iPad layouts. Tell us if a workflow creates a barrier.
