Compatible devices

DecisionSession requires iOS 18 or later on iPhone, or iPadOS 18 or later on iPad. The optional paired Apple Watch companion requires watchOS 11 or later. Online review and loading Apple prices need an internet connection; local meeting records and PDF creation work offline.

A wording change needs confirmation

When current wording or participation changes, review the record again before issuing minutes. Earlier confirmations and issued editions remain in history.

A review link is unavailable

Links expire after 30 days and may be revoked or withdrawn by the recorder. Ask the recorder for the appropriate edition. A forwarded link gives its holder access under the original attendee name.

Restore Pro

Open Preferences, Pro access, then Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Existing local records and PDFs remain available without Pro. Apple manages billing and subscription cancellation.

Reminders

Enable a reminder from an action item. If permission was denied, change notification permission in system Settings. Quiet hours move reminders scheduled from 8 pm to 9 am to 9 am. Only the next 60 future action reminders are scheduled.

Export or delete

Open Preferences, Export and delete records. Formal JSON and PDF exports exclude private working notes. A full backup includes those notes. Deletion first withdraws existing online reviews, which requires a connection and the original device’s review keys.

Watch freshness

The Watch displays a dated snapshot, not a live meeting. “Open on iPhone” remains pending until iPhone confirms a durable selection. Bring the paired devices together and open the phone app if an update is delayed.
