Recording responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of entered wording, participation and reported outcomes and for permission to share meeting content. DecisionSession is a recording tool. It does not determine voting validity, quorum, legal signatures, or formal approval.

Free and Pro

The free tier permits two new meetings per calendar month, with continued access to local records, issued PDFs and manual responses. Pro adds unlimited local meeting creation and private online review links. Available monthly, annual and one-time lifetime options, current localized prices and introductory eligibility are shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Any eligible introductory trial and its renewal terms are shown at purchase. Lifetime access is a one-time entitlement for the current product, not a guarantee that any hosted service will operate forever. No purchase guarantees indefinite hosting of an edition: review links expire after 30 days.

Private links

Share review links only with their intended recipients. Links are bearer credentials, not verified identities. Keep local exports for records you need to retain. Revocation prevents future service access but cannot erase content someone already copied.
