Updated October 23, 2026 · Advertising applies from version 1.1

Privacy Policy

PayoutVerity is designed so your commission records stay on your device. We do not operate an account system or collect your app records.

Data we collect

Your plan details, deal entries, calculations, payment comparisons, notes and statement attachments are not sent to us or to advertising services. Version 1.0 has no advertising SDK. From version 1.1, an explicitly requested optional video uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform as described below.

Data stored on your device

The plans, deals, calculation snapshots, payment records, discrepancies, notes, and attachments you enter are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. PayoutVerity uses iOS complete file protection. You can delete all local app data from Settings.

Subscriptions

Optional PayoutVerity Pro subscriptions are sold by Apple through StoreKit. Apple processes payment and subscription information under Apple’s privacy practices. PayoutVerity receives only the entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

Exports and attachments

You choose when to import an attachment or export an evidence file. An export leaves the app only after you select a destination in Apple’s system share sheet. The privacy practices of that destination then apply.

Third parties, tracking, and advertising

From version 1.1, you may choose a rewarded video to prepare one frozen calculation-appendix PDF. Pro subscribers can prepare it directly. Existing summary CSV and PDF exports remain free and work offline. No advertising request is made merely by opening the app or appendix page. The app does not request tracking permission and configures non-personalized advertising with publisher first-party identifiers disabled.

When you choose a video or review advertising choices, Google may process technical data such as IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device identifiers, ad interactions, app interactions, crash information, performance information and other diagnostics to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and operate the SDK. These technical data may be linked to a device; financial records and appendix content are never included in an ad request. Google processes data under its Privacy Policy.

Where required, Google’s consent form appears before an ad can be requested. You may decline consent and reopen available choices through Settings → Review advertising choices. Declining or an unavailable video does not block locally supported workflows or the existing free exports. The optional video requires a connection and may be unavailable. We do not enable cross-app tracking in this integration.

Earned appendix access

The exact frozen appendix, a local content hash and earned-access receipt stay protected on this device. A completed video grants only that appendix, not a subscription or additional plan capacity. Previously earned appendices can be shared again offline. Settings → Clear calculation appendices removes these cached files and access receipts without deleting commission records; access cannot be restored after deletion. Delete all local data also removes them.

Children

PayoutVerity is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children. Because we do not collect account or app-record data, we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes how data is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
