Privacy Policy

Short version: Traylume’s crop plans stay on your device unless you explicitly enable private iCloud sync or export them. The app has no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDK.

Data stored by the app

Traylume stores the farm, crop, variety, customer, delivery, schedule, tray, seed, cost, yield, waste, template, and stage records you enter. The local database is held in the app container with Apple complete file protection.

Data collection and tracking

Traylume does not collect app content, identity, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or diagnostics for NexLevel. The app contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDK.

Smart Capture

When you select a label or grow-sheet image, Apple Vision recognizes text on the device. The image is not uploaded by this feature. Extracted fields remain a draft until you review and confirm them. Traylume does not make crop-stage decisions automatically.

Private iCloud sync

If a Pro user explicitly enables sync, Traylume stores one encrypted-in-transit snapshot in the user’s private iCloud key-value store. Apple operates iCloud under Apple’s terms. NexLevel does not receive a copy through a developer database and cannot browse the private value. Settings lets you inspect whether a backup exists before replacement and delete the remote backup.

Notifications and Apple Watch

If authorized, Traylume schedules local stage reminders. Plan context and explicit completion actions may move between your paired Apple devices using Apple WatchConnectivity. No custom notification or Watch server is used.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and the lifetime purchase. Traylume receives verified StoreKit entitlement state needed to unlock Pro; NexLevel does not receive your full card or billing details.

Exports, deletion, and retention

Exports are created only when you request them, and the destination you choose then governs the file. Deleting a plan removes it from the local database. Deleting the private iCloud backup is a separate explicit control. Support emails are retained only as needed to answer, secure, and document the request.

Website data

The hosting provider may process ordinary security and access logs such as IP address and request time. These logs are separate from app content and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
