Traylume support

Help for the next crop action.

Email [email protected]. Include the Traylume version, device model, iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS version, the screen involved, and what happened. Do not send Apple Account credentials, payment-card details, private keys, or confidential customer records.

Why did my dates change?

Traylume calculates backward from the delivery date using the farm time zone and the durations, yield, loss, and buffer assumptions saved with that plan. Open a plan’s assumptions and confirm those inputs before acting.

Purchases and trials

Open Settings and choose View Pro options or Restore purchases. Monthly and annual plans renew through Apple and offer a seven-day trial only when Apple reports that the account is eligible. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and has no trial. Prices shown by the App Store are authoritative.

iCloud backup

Private iCloud sync is opt-in and requires Pro plus an active iCloud account. Settings can sync now, review a private backup before restoring it, or delete the remote backup. Core planning remains local and usable when sync is off.

Export and deletion

Settings exports a versioned JSON archive. You can delete the selected plan from its actions or Settings, and separately delete the private iCloud backup. Removing Traylume removes its local app container, subject to Apple backup settings you control.

Notifications and Watch

Stage reminders are local and start only after you enable them. Apple Watch shows the current plan action and can record completion; if the phone is unreachable, WatchConnectivity queues the action for delivery.

Response time

We aim to respond within two business days. Traylume is a planning and recordkeeping tool; urgent food-safety, agronomic, delivery, or payment issues require the relevant qualified professional or provider.
