Terms of Use
Traylume is a planning and recordkeeping utility. It does not guarantee germination, yield, food safety, product quality, customer acceptance, profitability, or delivery performance.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of crop durations, seed rates, yield assumptions, loss, buffers, prices, costs, handling practices, and every stage record. Review dates and calculations before ordering, planting, harvesting, packing, or delivering. Follow applicable food-safety rules and qualified agronomic guidance.
Purchases
Monthly and annual Traylume Pro plans are auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. Each may include a seven-day introductory trial when Apple reports eligibility. The lifetime plan is a non-consumable one-time purchase and does not renew or include a trial. The App Store purchase sheet shows the authoritative localized price, eligibility, and renewal terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
Acceptable use
You may use Traylume for personal or internal business planning. You may not disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, misuse, or use the app unlawfully.
Availability and liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, NexLevel is not liable for crop loss, contamination, missed delivery, lost sales, lost data, indirect damages, or decisions made from incomplete or inaccurate inputs. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Apple terms
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
