GearTune support
Keep the record clear.
Practical help for the moments when measurement context, an issued revision or a purchase needs a second look.

Working guidance
Start with the question at hand.
Open a topic for the exact rule or recovery step.
Unknown measurements and differences
Blank values mean unknown, never zero. Enter a unit, reference point, side and measurement method. A different reference or method is not automatically comparable. Golf tolerances come from the professional. Resolve missing values and component changes, or enter an explicit exception that remains on the report.
Preserved revisions
Confirming records the professional’s review. To adjust an issued setup, create a new revision. Earlier measurements, exceptions and confirmation details remain preserved.
Free and Pro
Free includes three equipment records in each workspace, with confirmation, export, backup and unlimited revisions of those records. One Pro entitlement covers both sports. Existing records remain readable and exportable after a subscription ends. Open Settings → Explore GearTune Pro → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple manages billing and cancellations.
Backups
Open Settings → Encrypted backup & restore. Use at least 12 characters for the password. Before replacing a library, export a current backup. A restore verifies the file and shows its record counts before replacement. A wrong password or invalid file leaves current records unchanged.
Watch and reminders
Send a selected record’s reference to Watch from its menu. A review flag is pending until the iPhone acknowledges a durable save. Keep the paired apps available and retry delivery if needed. Review reminders are optional and arrive at 09:00 local time. Denying notification permission does not remove the saved review date.
Compatibility
iPhone and iPad require iOS/iPadOS 18 or later. The Watch companion requires watchOS 11 or later. Core capture, retrieval and report creation work offline. Loading Apple prices, purchasing and restoring StoreKit access require Apple service availability.
Bring the question. Keep the private record.
