Keep the inspection moving.

Email contato@nexlevel.com.br. Include the Inspecova version, device model, iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS version, the screen involved, and what happened.

Protect client evidence. Do not email Apple Account credentials, payment-card details, private keys, access codes, client names, site addresses, full reports, or unredacted evidence photos.

Restore Pro

1. Open Inspecova Settings.
2. Choose View Pro options, then Restore.
3. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase.

Restore does not charge you again. Apple manages subscription billing, refunds, and purchase history. For billing help, visit Apple Billing Support.

Complete a report

Resolve required checklist items and explicitly acknowledge every Critical finding. Inspecova never silently treats a critical item as resolved. When validation passes, create the report snapshot, then use Share PDF or Export CSV.

Photos are unavailable

You can keep working with text and readings or choose another image with Apple’s system photo picker. Inspecova stores a metadata-stripped local copy; core report capture remains usable without a photo.

Sentence cleanup

Sentence cleanup runs on device and only normalizes spacing, initial capitalization, and ending punctuation. It sends no inspection content and changes recorded text only when you choose Use cleanup. It is never a defect diagnosis, rewrite, or compliance conclusion.

Delete data

Delete individual projects from the project browser or choose Delete all inspection content in Settings. Non-content monthly Free-limit and report-number sequence counters remain until the app is removed; they contain no inspection text or evidence. Removing the app removes its local container subject to the device backups you control. Export the records you need before deletion; deleted local content cannot be recovered by NexLevel because Inspecova does not require a NexLevel account.

Accessibility

Inspecova supports light and dark appearances, VoiceOver labels, Reduce Motion, and adaptive iPhone and iPad layouts. Tell us if a workflow creates a barrier.
