Terms of Use

These product-specific terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If they conflict, Apple’s terms control where required.

Inspection responsibility

Inspecova is a documentation tool. It does not inspect a site, detect or measure defects, certify compliance, determine code or legal obligations, replace professional judgment, or guarantee safety. You are responsible for inspection scope, evidence, readings, acknowledgements, conclusions, recipients, retention, and compliance with applicable rules.

Free and Pro access

The Free tier includes a bounded number of templates and completed reports and may watermark PDF exports. Pro features are unlocked through Apple in-app purchases. The app shows provider-localized prices, trial eligibility, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions may include a seven-day free trial for eligible subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation or after the trial. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple for the subscription group.

Lifetime purchase

Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase for permanent access to the app’s current local Pro tools for the supported life of the product. It is not a subscription and has no trial. It does not promise perpetual developer-funded cloud storage, online AI, third-party services, or future paid modules.

Local sentence cleanup

On-device cleanup is limited to spacing, initial capitalization, and ending punctuation. It does not rewrite facts or create a professional conclusion. Review the result before applying it, and do not rely on it for code, legal, safety, engineering, or compliance conclusions.

Exports and sharing

You control recipients and storage of exported reports. Check a report before delivery. A traceability hash helps identify the generated snapshot; it is not a digital signature, certification, authenticity guarantee, or substitute for your retention process.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Inspecova to violate law, infringe rights, bypass purchase controls, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful content. Availability may change to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
