Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Tempermark app from NexLevel (“we”, “us”).
Standard license agreement
Tempermark is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The app-specific terms below add to it.
App-specific terms
Not safety or professional advice
Tempermark records your settings. It never recommends operating values or controls machines — always follow your equipment and material safety guidance. Tempermark is a record-keeping tool. Settings, results and any “proven” marks in the app are your own notes; they are not a statement that a setup is safe, correct or suitable for any machine, material or person. You are responsible for operating your equipment safely.
Your content
You own the trials, photos, notes and other content you enter. It is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups and for deleting data you no longer want. Deleting the app or using Delete all data removes it, and we cannot recover it for you.
Free version and ads
The Free version has usage limits and may offer optional rewarded ads. Watching an ad is always your choice. Pro removes ads and the Free limits.
Pro purchases and subscriptions
- Pro is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. See the App Store for current prices in your region.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- You can restore previous purchases from the app’s Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as the Standard EULA and applicable law allow.
No warranty and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from the use of settings recorded in the app, from lost data, or from the operation of your equipment. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
