Privacy, without fine print.

VeraDue is designed to keep your credential records on your iPhone or iPad.

Data collection and tracking

Nexlevel does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal data, credential data, evidence files, usage analytics, diagnostics, advertising identifiers, or location from VeraDue. VeraDue does not track you across apps or websites and contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK.

Apple processes App Store downloads, subscription transactions, and related account information under Apple’s privacy policy. VeraDue receives only Apple-signed transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock VeraDue Pro; Nexlevel does not receive your payment-card details.

Local storage

People, credentials, identifiers, dates, requirements, reminders, renewal history, and evidence metadata are stored in the app’s protected local container. Optional evidence files you import are copied into protected local application storage.

Permissions

VeraDue may request notification permission only after explaining its purpose. Notifications are scheduled locally for renewal dates you choose. Document access is used only when you select an evidence file. VeraDue does not request contacts, location, camera, microphone, or tracking permission.

Exports and sharing

PDF and CSV exports are created locally. Data leaves VeraDue only when you deliberately use Apple’s share sheet or another export destination. You control the recipient and can keep credential numbers masked.

Retention, deletion, and backups

Records remain until you archive or delete them, delete all local data in Settings, or remove the app. The delete-all action removes database records and imported evidence files from the app container. Device backups are controlled by your Apple and device settings.

Children, changes, and contact

VeraDue is a professional productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. If this policy changes, the updated date and text on this page will change before affected app behavior is released.
