Terms of use.

These app-specific terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for VeraDue.

License and acceptable use

VeraDue is licensed, not sold, for personal or internal business use under Apple’s Standard EULA. Do not reverse engineer the app except where law permits, use it unlawfully, or attempt to interfere with Apple or Nexlevel services.

Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy, authority, and lawful handling of credentials and evidence you enter or import. Keep independent copies of records you must retain.

No compliance guarantee

VeraDue organizes user-entered dates and files. Ready, Expiring, Expired, and Missing are productivity states—not legal advice, issuer verification, regulatory certification, or a guarantee of compliance.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual VeraDue Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Monthly may include a 7-day introductory trial for eligible new subscribers; annual has no trial. Apple displays the binding localized price and eligibility before purchase.

Availability and changes

We may improve or discontinue features while respecting applicable law and active Apple subscription obligations. Local records can be exported before deletion or app removal.
